the court he saw jerry sandusky sexually abuse a young boy in a penn state shower. manuel gallegus has the latest now from the courthouse in harrisburg, pennsylvania. >> reporter: mike mcqueary arrived to the courthouse to deliver damning testimony in the penn state scandal. the assistant coach told the court he saw jerry sandusky in what he called severely sexual acts in a shower. mcqueary said the boy was up against the wall facing the wall and jerry was directly behind him in a very, very, very close position. jerry's hands wrapped around his waist or midsection. mcqueary testified that he didn't realize at first what he was seeing. that it did feel shocking but he didn't stop it. the next day mcqueary told head coach joe paterno about the incident and made it clear what he saw was extremely sexual but didn't use the terms sodomy or sexual assault. he told mcqueary sorry you had to see that and you've done the right thing, i know it's tough. mcqueary testified he later told penn state athletic director tim curley and senior vice president garyishments about the sexual en-- gary schu

state coach jerry sandusky are expected to come face-to-face with him tomorrow. the alleged victims are scheduled to testify in a preliminary hearing. at least ten people now say that sandusky sexually abused them over the past few decades. sandusky was re-arrested last week after two more alleged victims came forward. bruce leshan will be the only local reporter inside that courtroom. he's live from penn state and he will be filing reports tonight beginning at 5:00 p.m. >>> occupy protesters out west are trying to shut down some of the largest ports in the country. they're marching on the port of oakland, along with those in anchorage, seattle, portland, los angeles, and san diego. protestors successfully shut down oakland's port last month. they cite a dispute between some port operators and longshoremen as a reason for the blockade. the action is considered the occupy movement's most traumatic gesture since police raids shut down most camps. >>> occupy protestors will likely cause some congestion on capitol hill today. protestors are marching from their encampment at mcpherson sq
